两个杖
今天听到刘志雄弟兄的"亲子情"讲到训练孩童时提到两个概念：管教和训练。
1、定义
管教：当孩子明确知道并且能够做到正确的事时，故意悖逆不去做时，父母需要实施的惩罚。
训练：帮助孩子做到正确的事，而需要采取的积极性的鞭策（绝非惩罚），"小小的树枝"
2、没有训练就无权管教
孩子生下来不久，我就预备了一根钢尺，用来"管教"儿子。后来，发现缺少一个可以经常来规范孩子行为的东西（经常用钢尺，一则降低威慑性，二则印象不深刻）。于是，增加了一个小树棍。
小树棍的采用，给我帮助很大，我认识到一个简单的道理：绝对不是打的越疼，越有效果。很多时候，轻轻的碰一下就能够很清晰的提醒孩子。今天，我决定给这个小树棍取名"训练之杖"，而那个钢尺取名"管教之杖"。
愿我常常花功夫来训练，愿我绝不带着怒气去管教。
